greeting guests: welcoming guests in a professional and warm manner

check-in and check-out: assisting guests with the check-in and check-out processes

providing information: providing information about the hotel's services, facilities, and local attractions

handling guest inquiries: addressing guest requests and inquiries, including special arrangements and room preferences

processing payments: ensuring accurate billing and processing payments from guests

coordinating with other departments: working with housekeeping and other departments to address guest needs

responding to feedback: responding to guest feedback and resolving issues in a timely manner

maintaining the front desk: keeping the front desk area organized and neat

answering phone calls: answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department
