visitor assistance:
assist guests with sign-in procedures and issue visitor badges.
notify employees of visitor arrivals.

appointment scheduling:
schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
keep track of staff movements and inform relevant parties.
administrative support:
provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
manage and order office supplies.
office maintenance:
oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the office, washroom, cabins, and desks.
handling deliveries:
receive and log incoming packages and mail.
