Job Summary
Sahaj Hospital is looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive who will be responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming patients and visitors, handling appointments, and ensuring a smooth front office experience. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle clients efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage patient registrations, appointments, and inquiries at the front desk.
Handle incoming calls, messages, and provide accurate information about hospital services.
Maintain patient records and update details in the system.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and internal teams for smooth patient flow.
Manage billing coordination and guide patients regarding services and packages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for patients and visitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
12 years of experience in Front Desk / Reception / Customer Service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with good customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, appointment systems).
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Industry
Hospital, Healthcare, Clinic, Hospitality, Aviation, or Customer Service Industry.
