we’re looking for motivated freelance recruiters / hiring specialists to support our ongoing recruitment needs on a flexible, remote basis.

key responsibilities:

source potential candidates through free and paid channels (linkedin, job boards, referrals, etc.)

screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions provided by us

conduct initial telephonic screening (if required)

coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

maintain and update candidate tracking sheets regularly.

requirements:

prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (preferred but not mandatory)

familiarity with linkedin, naukri, indeed, apna, and other free hiring platforms

ability to work independently with minimal supervision

good communication & coordination skills

laptop/pc & stable internet connection

engagement details:

type: freelance / project-based (remote)

work hours: flexible (monday – saturday)

compensation: fixed fee or per successful closure (discussed during onboarding)
