Were looking for motivated freelance recruiters / hiring specialists to support our ongoing recruitment needs on a flexible, remote basis.Key Responsibilities:Source potential candidates through free and paid channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions provided by usConduct initial telephonic screening (if required)Coordinate interviews between candidates and clientsMaintain and update candidate tracking sheets regularly.Requirements:Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (preferred but not mandatory)Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and other free hiring platformsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionGood communication & coordination skillsLaptop/PC & stable internet connectionEngagement Details:Type: Freelance / Project-based (Remote)Work Hours: Flexible (Monday Saturday)Compensation: Fixed fee or per successful closure (discussed during onboarding)Why Join Us:Work from anywhere with flexible hoursAccess to multiple roles and ongoing requirementsOpportunity to grow your recruitment portfolio
