We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive who can meet local business owners, explain our services and generate new clients for Editoz Agency.

Key Responsibilities

Visit local businesses and meet business owners/managers.

Identify potential clients who need digital marketing services.

Introduce Editoz Agency and explain our services.

Pitch suitable marketing packages according to the client's business needs.

Generate leads through market visits, networking and referrals.

Follow up with interested business owners.

Negotiate and help close deals.

Maintain a record of leads, meetings, follow-ups and sales.

Coordinate with the Editoz Agency team after closing a client.

Manage and maintain relationships with acquired clients.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Who We Are Looking For

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable talking directly with business owners.

Confident personality and professional behaviour.

Willing to travel within the assigned market.

Basic understanding of sales and digital marketing is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and confidence can also apply.

Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, advertising or digital marketing will be an advantage.

Smartphone required.

Commission Structure

10%-15% commission on every successful sale.

Commission is performance-based and will be paid after the client's payment is successfully received by Editoz Agency.

Example:

If you close a ₹60,000 package, you can earn ₹6,000-₹6,500 commission.

Higher sales = Higher earnings.
