Job Summary

Paytm is looking for motivated candidates to join its Merchant Business Team. The role involves merchant acquisition, onboarding, relationship management, and promotion of Paytm payment solutions including POS/EDC machines.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire and onboard new merchants.

- Promote and sell Paytm POS/EDC payment solutions.

- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships.

- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.

- Achieve sales and activation targets.

- Support merchants with onboarding and product usage.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Experience in Sales, Field Sales, Merchant Acquisition, Business Development, Banking, Fintech, Telecom, or FMCG will be an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable working in the field.

- Local market knowledge preferred.

- Two-wheeler preferred.
