Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Block Advisor to join our team. This is a field-based role where the candidate will be responsible for customer interaction, generating leads, and driving sales within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to meet potential customers

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Explain company products/services to customers clearly

Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM

Build strong relationships with customers

Achieve assigned sales targets

Coordinate with internal team for smooth operations

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in field and travel locally

Basic understanding of sales and customer handling

Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
