key responsibilities:-
i) quotation management:
prepare timely and accurate sales quotations based on customer requirements.
collaborate with sales team to ensure correct pricing and product specifications.
maintain a database of quotes and follow-up on outstanding proposals.
ensure all quotations meet company policies and margin guidelines.
ii) client engagement & onsite visits:
schedule and conduct onsite meetings with clients to understand their needs.
perform site assessments (if applicable) to provide tailored solutions.
build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
present product or service offerings and conduct product technical demonstrations when needed.
iii) sales support:
coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
provide post-quotation support to clients, including handling revisions, clarifications, and negotiations.
iv) track client feedback and market trends to help refine offerings.
