Job Title: Sales Executive
Retail Projects Paints
Role:
Drive sales of retail project paint materials by building relationships with contractors, builders, dealers, and influencers. Achieve sales targets and increase brand presence in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business from contractors, builders, and retail dealers
Manage retail project sales and achieve monthly targets
Promote products at project sites and retail outlets
Ensure product availability, visibility, and timely deliveries
Conduct site visits, demos, and shade support
Track competitors and market trends
Update MIS/CRM and ensure timely payment collections
Requirements:
Graduate (BBA/MBA preferred)
15 years experience in paint / building materials / retail project sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
Local market knowledge and regional language proficiency
Location: Hyderabad
