We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients through on-ground sales activities. This role requires regular travel within the assigned territory to promote our products/services and drive business growth.
Key Responsiblities :
* Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned territory to generate new business
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to present products/services
* Handle customer queries, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
* 0-1 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling
