position: field sales executive (real estate) - commission basis

key responsibilities:
1. client acquisition and relationship building: identify and acquire new clients for real estate products/services, building strong relationships.
2. property showings and presentations: conduct property showings and present features/benefits of real estate offerings to potential buyers/investors.
3. lead generation and follow-up: generate leads through various channels, follow up with prospects, and pursue conversions.
4. market intelligence: gather market feedback and competitor insights to aid business strategy.
5. sales target achievement: meet assigned sales targets for real estate products/services to earn commissions.
6. client negotiation and deal closure: negotiate terms and work towards closing deals with clients to earn commissions.
7. reporting and updates: provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends to management.
8. collaboration: work with marketing, operations, and other teams for aligned real estate sales goals.
requirements:
- communication skills: excellent communication skills in hindi and english for effective client interactions.
- sales aptitude: strong sales orientation and ability to persuade and negotiate.
- real estate knowledge: basic understanding of real estate products, market trends beneficial.
- computer knowledge: basic computer skills for reporting and client management systems.
- experience: open to freshers and experienced candidates with suitable skills; real estate experience an advantage.
- self-motivation: highly self-driven with ability to work independently in field sales on commission basis.
