Role Overview

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for independently sourcing, engaging, and onboarding new investors. This is a performance-driven role with a fixed salary, along with attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and acquire new investors.

Pitch investment opportunities confidently and persuasively.

Build and nurture long-term client relationships.

Achieve defined monthly acquisition targets.

Provide regular updates on sales progress and market insights.

Requirements

Preferably male candidates with a two-wheeler for field visits.

Proven sales experience in finance, investments, or related industries.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Must generate leads independently (no leads provided).
