Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Finding new leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and market research to identify potential customers.
Client Engagement:
Meeting with clients virtually or in-person to understand their needs and present customized product or service solutions.
Sales Presentations:
Delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of the company's offerings.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiating contracts and terms to successfully finalize sales and secure new business.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, managing customer databases, and ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales support.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:
Developing and executing sales strategies, meeting monthly or annual sales targets, and reporting on performance.
Internal Collaboration:
Liaising with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to support the sales process and ensure a seamless client experience.
Industry Presence:
Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and events to build brand visibility and generate leads.
