📌 Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented XFE (Field Sales Executive) candidates to join the Airtel sales team. The role involves door-to-door sales and field marketing for Airtel WiFi and Postpaid connections.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Visit customers door-to-door and promote Airtel WiFi & Postpaid connections.

Meet 30-40+ potential customers daily and generate leads.

Explain plans, offers and benefits to customers and convert leads into sales.

Participate in umbrella activities and other outdoor promotional activities.

Conduct promotional activities at malls, marketplaces and high-footfall areas.

Support newspaper distribution and other local marketing activities when required.

Maintain daily sales and customer visit reports.

Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.

Build good customer relationships and provide basic support during the onboarding process.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

Qualification: 12th Pass or above

Age: 18-32 years

Bike & Valid Driving Licence: Mandatory

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with field work and door-to-door customer interaction.

Energetic, self-motivated and target-oriented.

Freshers are welcome.
