? technical troubleshooting of issues that clients face in electroplating bath as well as pre & post-treatment

process

? major geographic regions of work to include south east asia (vietnam, indonesia, malaysia, etc)

? analyzing market requirements to identify process needs

? lead conversions from competitors by analyzing best suitable product as replacement from our profile

? establish channel sales in new territories such as russia, eastern bloc countries, south america

? follow up on orders & payments

? act as a single point of contact for sales and after sales service support to customers

? achievement of area-wise targets

industry:  electroplating, anodizing, phosphating, powder coating, ed coating   

experience in sales and technical support

key skills:
