Assistant Manager- Export & Import

Job Description:

Noa Kalang is looking for an Asst. Manager – Operation –Export/Import to manage and execute export and import operations. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in handling export documentation, shipment processing, and coordination with clearing & forwarding agents. Highly specialized skills are not required, but candidates with prior exposure to the logistics and trade sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle pre- & post-shipment documentation as per payment and delivery terms.

Process and execute shipments while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Coordinate with clearing & forwarding agents, banks, and government authorities for smooth operations.

Maintain records of export incentive receipts and other trade documents.

Assist in advance license implementation for duty exemption.

Ensure compliance with EXIM policies and customs regulations.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate in any stream.

Experience: 4-5 years of experience in export-import operations.

Basic knowledge of customs procedures, logistics coordination, and trade documentation.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for maintaining records.
