Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Director in our Chandigarh office. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, coordinating communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Salary - 20,000 to 25,000 Per Month

Responsibilities

Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.

Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.

Assist in project management and ensure deadlines are met.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Support the Director in daily administrative tasks and special projects.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
