Role Overview
The Event Manager will be responsible for planning and executing workshops, health camps, seminars, promotional activities, and brand events. The role requires strong coordination, vendor management, budgeting skills, and the ability to drive event-based lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning & Execution
Plan and organize health camps, seminars, corporate wellness programs, and promotional events.
Coordinate venue booking, vendors, logistics, branding materials, and event setup.
Ensure smooth execution and on-time completion of events.
Manage event budgets and control costs effectively.
2. Vendor & Partner Management
Identify and negotiate with vendors and partners.
Build relationships with corporate clients, schools, gyms, and community groups for collaborations.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of event services.
3. Lead Generation & Sales Support
Generate quality leads through events and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
Track event ROI and conversion metrics.
4. Marketing Coordination
Work with marketing team for event promotions (social media, posters, campaigns).
Support brand awareness initiatives and offline promotions.
Collect event feedback and testimonials.
5. Reporting & Strategy
Maintain event calendars and execution reports.
Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Share regular updates with management on event outcomes and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
25 years of experience in event planning or marketing roles
Experience in healthcare/wellness industry preferred
