electrical sales engineer

- act as the main point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and support

- address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously, escalating issues when necessary

- stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information

- utilize active listening to understand customer needs and offer effective solutions

- identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and make recommendations for improvements

- assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues

- process customer orders and returns quickly and accurately

- maintain and update customer records in the company database promptly and accurately

- follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction with their experience

- prepare reports on customer satisfaction levels and highlight areas for improvement

- train and mentor new customer service representatives on company policies and procedures

- participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts
