qualifications

educational consulting and career counseling skills experience in student counseling and education excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

knowledge of college admissions processes and requirements

bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or related field

experience working with diverse student populations is a plus
