Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Manage inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
€¢ Provide detailed information about our programs, admission requirements, and career prospects.
€¢ Counsel students on course selection based on their educational background and career aspirations.
€¢ Follow up on leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
€¢ Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
€¢ Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
€¢ Participate in webinars, virtual counseling sessions, and other engagement activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in any discipline;
€¢ 1-5 years of experience in inside sales, student counseling, or education sales.
€¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
€¢ Persuasive and consultative selling approach.
€¢ Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
€¢ Goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
