Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
Provide detailed information about our programs, admission requirements, and career prospects.
Counsel students on course selection based on their educational background and career aspirations.
Follow up on leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
Participate in webinars, virtual counseling sessions, and other engagement activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any discipline;
1-5 years of experience in inside sales, student counseling, or education sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and consultative selling approach.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
