Responsibilities:

Growth Marketing & Engagement:

Execute campaigns to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Use SEO, email marketing, paid ads & community-building for user acquisition.

Track and optimize KPIs like organic traffic, CTRs, and retention.

Implement lead generation to grow subscribers & brand loyalty.

Content Strategy & SEO:

Create and optimize SEO-driven content on blockchain, fintech & Web3.

Edit & audit content for accuracy and engagement.

Craft compelling headlines, meta descriptions & CTAs.

Research trends for relevant, high-impact content.

Performance & Analytics:

Conduct content audits & enhance search rankings.

Implement SEO tactics like keyword research & link-building.

Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Ahrefs & SEMrush.

Optimize evergreen & high-performing content.

Social Media & Community Growth:

Engage with crypto & fintech communities on key platforms.

Leverage influencer partnerships, AMAs & guest content.

Optimize social media & newsletter distribution.

Collaboration & Strategy:

Align branding with designers, developers & marketing teams.

Stay updated on industry trends & algorithm changes.

Test & refine strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1-4 years of experience working in the domain in growth marketing, SEO, or digital marketing (preferably in crypto, fintech, or finance).

SEO & Content Expertise: Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and content optimization.

Analytics & Data-Driven Mindset: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.

Social Media & Community Growth: Experience in leveraging social platforms for organic engagement.

Adaptability & Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of diverse industries, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi, NFTs, Web3, and emerging market trends.

Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
