Key Responsibilities:-
�� Plan, execute, and implement internal communication and employee engagement
programs aligned with company objectives.
�� Support stakeholders including Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance and
Management teams with communication and design requirements.
�� Design, implement, and conduct service line orientations for new joiners.
�� Handle employee communication through Focus Group sessions, Meet the Leader
sessions, and drive timely execution of action plans.
�� Facilitate Fun Committees and periodic engagement activities.
�� Conceptualize and execute the employee engagement strategy through surveys,
events, and recognition programs.
�� Ensure all communications are brand compliant and meet organizational standards.
�� Drive engagement on internal social media platforms to increase visibility of
initiatives.
�� Administer counseling, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions in
collaboration with the Compliance team.
�� Prepare and present various business reports as required.
Requirements:-
�� Proven experience as an HRBP, preferably in large-scale, fast-paced environments.
�� Awareness of key HR metrics like attrition, shrinkage, WFM, etc.
�� Strong experience in event management, including planning and executing large-scale
events.
�� Ability to use technology and digital media to enhance communication effectiveness.
�� Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Publisher, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
SharePoint, Live Meeting).
�� High energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
�� Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills with an approachable
style.
�� Strong judgment, patience, and tact in challenging situations.
�� Willingness to work night shifts.
