key responsibilities:-
- plan, execute, and implement internal communication and employee engagement
programs aligned with company objectives.
- support stakeholders including recruitment, hr operations, payroll, compliance and
management teams with communication and design requirements.
- design, implement, and conduct service line orientations for new joiners.
- handle employee communication through focus group sessions, meet the leader
sessions, and drive timely execution of action plans.
- facilitate fun committees and periodic engagement activities.
- conceptualize and execute the employee engagement strategy through surveys,
events, and recognition programs.
- ensure all communications are brand compliant and meet organizational standards.
- drive engagement on internal social media platforms to increase visibility of
initiatives.
- administer counseling, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions in
collaboration with the compliance team.
- prepare and present various business reports as required.
requirements:-
- proven experience as an hrbp, preferably in large-scale, fast-paced environments.
- awareness of key hr metrics like attrition, shrinkage, wfm, etc.
- strong experience in event management, including planning and executing large-scale
events.
- ability to use technology and digital media to enhance communication effectiveness.
- proficiency in microsoft office tools (publisher, word, excel, powerpoint,
sharepoint, live meeting).
- high energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
- excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills with an approachable
style.
- strong judgment, patience, and tact in challenging situations.
- willingness to work night shifts.
