Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound & outbound leads

Maintain follow-ups & CRM updates

Explain early learning concepts and programs to parents

Support parents to identify the need for early brain development and start our programs via calls, video calls, chats, and other communication channels

Candidate Requirements :

Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales/customer support

Strong communication in any one language + workable English

Comfortable using basic tech tools and CRM systems

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in EdTech / Education / Counselling is a plus
