Job Description

we are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our dtdc voice process team. the role involves handling customer calls, addressing inquiries and complaints, and providing effective solutions all while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.

key responsibilities:

handle incoming and outgoing calls in a polite and professional manner.

resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently with a problem-solving approach.

log and track customer interactions and follow up where necessary.

work closely with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.

meet key performance targets including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

requirements:

qualification: minimum 12th pass / graduate (any stream).

good communication skills in english required.

basic computer knowledge.

only experienced candidates can apply.

must be comfortable with work from office setup.
