Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Malad West. In this full-time role, your main focus will be to assist and support our customers effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Respond to Customer Inquiries:** You will handle customer questions and issues via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and accurate information to help resolve their concerns.

- **Problem Resolution:** Your role will involve identifying issues customers face and working towards finding effective solutions quickly and efficiently.

- **Provide Feedback:** Share insights and recurring issues with the management team to help improve our services and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Strong communication skills are essential, both spoken and written, to interact professionally with customers.

- A customer-oriented attitude is important, helping you understand and meet customer needs effectively.
