eligibility criteria:

education: hsc (12th pass) / graduate both can apply

experience:

fresher or experience in healthcare/rcm/mediclaim process preferred

prior bpo experience (international voice) will be an added advantage

communication:

excellent english communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory

should be comfortable speaking with international clients

roles & responsibilities:

handle calls related to mediclaim/insurance/healthcare services

assist patients/customers with queries regarding claims, billing, insurance coverage, approvals, denials, etc.

review and validate documents related to healthcare claims

maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system

ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance guidelines (hipaa, if applicable)

work collaboratively with teams to resolve escalations or claim issues

provide exceptional customer service with a patient-centric approach

key skills required:

excellent english communication skills

strong listening and problem-solving skills

knowledge of us healthcare/insurance terms is a plus

familiarity with claim processing, pre-authorizations, and denials handling is desirable

basic computer skills and familiarity with crm systems
