roles and responsibilities:

- handling inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.

- identify the need of consumers, resolve issues and provide solution.

- maintain good customer relation.

- maintain records and details of the customer.

requirements:

- strong multitasking, time management

- good communication skills (english & hindi)

experience: fresher (0 to 7 years)

- rotational shift

- no night shift

- one day rotational off in a week

- no sales / no targets

- domestic bpo and inbound process

- 10 days training and certification

- 1 year contract (not a bond)

notice period: immediate to 15 days notice period

qualification: undergraduate & graduate
