We are hiring for Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada Telecallers who will be responsible for customer services.

Roles and Responsibilities:- Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.- Identify the need of consumers, resolve issues and provide solution.- Maintain good customer relation.- Maintain records and details of the customer.Requirements:- Strong multitasking, Time management- Good Communication Skills (English & Hindi)Experience: Fresher (0 to 7 years)- Rotational shift- No Night Shift- One Day Rotational off in a week- No Sales / No Targets- Domestic BPO and Inbound process- 10 days training and certification- 1 year contract (Not a bond)Notice period: Immediate to 15 days notice periodQualification: Undergraduate & Graduate
