Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
· Act as the primary point of contact for air export customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely information regarding shipments.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of customer requests.
AWB Documentation:
· Prepare and process Air Waybills (AWBs) and related documentation for air export shipments.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies for air freight documentation.
· Verify the accuracy of shipment details, including weights, dimensions, and descriptions, ensuring they match with the AWB and other relevant documents.
Coordination and Logistics:
· Collaborate with airlines, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth air export operations.
· Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to customers regarding their cargo.
· Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipment process.
Administrative Support:
· Maintain accurate records of all documentation and correspondence related to air export shipments.
· Generate reports on shipment status, customer inquiries, and other relevant metrics as required.
· Assist in the billing process for air export shipments, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection.
Continuous Improvement:
· Identify opportunities for process improvements in customer service and documentation practices.
· Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to air freight and logistics.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Minimum 2-5 years of experience in air exports, freight forwarding, customer service.
· Strong understanding of air freight processes and documentation, including AW
