Job Description

1 Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction by planning and executing SSI improvement

2 Retention of customers by planning various CRM activities

3 Implement customer sales complaint management system and ensure lowest complaint resolution time

4 Establishes and implements the right CRM tools to help buildenhance brand loyalty.

5 Assists in the development of customer care business processes and analyses customer care enhancements

6 Comprehensive system of keeping in touch with existing customer

7 Resolves customer complaints expeditiously and ensures better long-term customer satisfaction.

8 Obtains and records basic demographic information about each customer, using dealership sales control system.

9 Maintaining contact record for customer analysis

10 Identifies weaknesses and make suggestions to improve promotional activities customer satisfaction

11 Ensures the process followed is according to our Maruti standards.

12 Complete delivery process for customer as per Maruti standards.
