Job Description

roles and responsibility:

�� calling customers to sell the products by giving them brief of product prices , features and benefits and understanding their requirements etc.

�� handling the customers database accurately.

�� understanding the customer��s grievance .

�� attracting customer by demonstrating about merchandise and services.

�� going ��out of the box�� to achieve future sales targets.

requirements and skills:

�� proven experience in sales or customer services roles.

�� proficient in achieving the sales target preferably via phone calls.

�� excellent communication in english and presentation skills

�� relevant knowledge of computers and telephones.

�� qualities like negotiations and acceptance of rejections.
