Customer Relationship Manager (Female Candidates Preferred)

Roles and Responsibility:

�� Calling customers to sell the products by giving them brief of product prices , features and benefits and understanding their requirements etc.

�� Handling the customers database accurately.

�� Understanding the customer��s grievance .

�� Attracting customer by demonstrating about merchandise and services.

�� Going ��out of the box�� to achieve future sales targets.

Requirements and Skills:

�� Proven experience in sales or customer services roles.

�� Proficient in achieving the sales target preferably via phone calls.

�� Excellent communication in English and Presentation skills

�� Relevant knowledge of computers and telephones.

�� Qualities like negotiations and acceptance of rejections.
