Customer Relationship Manager (Female Candidates Preferred)

Roles and Responsibility:

- Calling customers to sell the products by giving them brief of product prices , features and benefits and understanding their requirements etc.

- Handling the customers database accurately.

- Understanding the customer-s grievance .

- Attracting customer by demonstrating about merchandise and services.

- Going -out of the box- to achieve future sales targets.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience in sales or customer services roles.

- Proficient in achieving the sales target preferably via phone calls.

- Excellent communication in English and Presentation skills

- Relevant knowledge of computers and telephones.

- Qualities like negotiations and acceptance of rejections.
