Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and a graduate degree. This full-time position requires a motivated individual who can support sales activities and coordinate the sales process effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Manage Sales Orders**: Handle incoming sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing to meet customer needs.

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to enhance client interactions.

- **Data Entry and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate regular reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- **Customer Interaction**: Communicate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on order status, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,

- **Inventory Coordination**: Collaborate with the inventory team to keep track of stock levels and ensure product availability for timely delivery.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks, along with attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
