Customer Care Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. You€™ll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, solving problems, and ensuring they have an outstanding experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing exceptional service and timely resolutions.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues or complaints, ensuring satisfaction and creating positive experiences.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company€™s products and services to assist customers effectively.

Order Management: Help customers with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges.

Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in CRM software.

Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all responses are in line with company standards and policies, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
