Responsibilites: Customer Care II Problem Solving

Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests

Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

B to B process need to sales telephone landline to UK businessmen.

It is a telecaller job. Candidate have to call UK businessmen and sale them telephone landline to the customer.

We want candidate who can be dedicated in her work and also she should be hard working.

We need candidate who can work for long time in our company.

Candidate should have a good communication skills and also they should have good communication skills and they should have good and fluent English.

Candidate should have basic computer knowledge.

Login timing: 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm

Interview timing: 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm

About Company:

Be-Connect Limited UK base telecom company.

There will be drop facility Monday to Friday

Saturday and Sunday fixed off

Salary date every month of 7th to 10th.
