Responsibilites: Customer Care II Problem Solving
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
• B to B process need to sales telephone landline to UK businessmen.
• It is a telecaller job. Candidate have to call UK businessmen and sale them telephone landline to the customer.
• We want candidate who can be dedicated in her work and also she should be hard working.
• We need candidate who can work for long time in our company.
• Candidate should have a good communication skills and also they should have good communication skills and they should have good and fluent English.
• Candidate should have basic computer knowledge.
• Login timing: 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm
• Interview timing: 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
• About Company:
Be-Connect Limited UK base telecom company.
• There will be drop facility Monday to Friday
• Saturday and Sunday fixed off
• Salary date every month of 7th to 10th.
