job requirements:
education: minimum hsc (higher secondary certificate) passed.
language skills: average english communication skills (spoken and written).
experience: freshers can apply. prior telecalling experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
job responsibilities:
conduct outbound calls to customers as part of the yes bank process.
explain the banks products and services to customers in a clear and professional manner.
provide accurate information to customers and resolve queries effectively.
follow-up calls and updates on customer inquiries and concerns.
maintain records of calls and customer information as required.
achieve daily and weekly targets as set by the management.
desired skills:
good communication skills in english (average proficiency).
basic knowledge of customer service practices.
ability to work in a team and independently.
