Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Care Executive for Home & Kitchen Appliances. The candidate will handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests while ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role also includes generating revenue through upselling products, AMC plans, and paid services.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Resolve customer complaints related to home and kitchen appliances.

Coordinate with service technicians for installation and repair.

Maintain customer database and follow-up records.

Explain product features and service benefits to customers.

Generate revenue by promoting AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), extended warranties, and additional accessories.

Achieve monthly revenue and service targets.

Ensure positive customer experience and retention.

💼 Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).

Basic computer knowledge .

Convincing skills.

Ability to handle pressure and targets.
