We are hiring *International Telecalling Agents* for our *UK Voice Process*. This is a full-time, office-based role where you'll be engaging with UK customers over the phone answering queries, offering support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle outbound and inbound calls to/from UK customers.

- Clearly communicate product or service details.

- Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.

- Maintain call records and update customer information accurately.

- Meet daily/weekly targets and call quality standards.

- Stay updated on process knowledge and training materials.

*Who Can Apply?*

- Excellent spoken English is *a must*.

- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- Experience in international BPO or telecalling will be a plus.

- Comfortable working in *UK shifts* (Afternoon to Night).

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required.
