Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.

Maintain professional communication with customers.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Update customer records and maintain reports.

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
