Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive who is fluent in English and Hindi to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide a seamless support experience through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in English and Hindi
Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Achieve individual targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
Fluency in both English and Hindi (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good listening skills with attention to detail
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
Prior experience in customer service or call center will be an added advantage
Ability to work in shifts
