Hiring Now: Qualified / Semi-qualified Company Secretary Andheri East (SEEPZ), Mumbai (Flexible timings for females available) Company: Renowned Fine Jewelry Manufacturer Location: SEEPZ, Andheri East, Mumbai Role: Qualified / Semi-qualified Company Secretary Work Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off) Work Timings: 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM (Flexible timings for females available) Salary Range: 8 - 15 LPA Key Responsibilities: Ensure all ROC compliances are completed in a timely manner Oversee and monitor GST, TDS, Labour Laws, and Factory Act compliances; identify discrepancies if any Take full control of compliance management and reporting from subordinates Ideal Candidate: Qualified / Semi-qualified Company Secretary with strong compliance knowledge Hands-on experience in statutory & regulatory filings Direct and Indirect tax compliance knowledge is preferable Strong leadership and reporting skills
