1. Sales & Business Support
Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and pricing
Prepare cost sheets and commercial offers
Coordinate with clients for order confirmations
2. Order & Contract Management
Process sales orders and ensure proper documentation
Maintain contracts, agreements, and amendments
Track order execution and delivery schedules
3. Billing & Invoicing
Prepare invoices as per PO/contract terms
Ensure timely submission of bills to customers
Follow up for payments and outstanding receivables
4. Purchase & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for rates and purchase orders
Compare quotations and assist in vendor finalization
Maintain vendor records and compliance documents
5. Commercial Documentation
Maintain records of POs, invoices, delivery challans, GRNs
Ensure statutory compliance (GST, E-way bills, TDS if applicable)
Support audits with required commercial documents
6. Client Coordination
Act as a point of contact for commercial queries
Resolve billing, payment, or documentation issues
Maintain good client relationships
7. MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
Track sales, collections, and outstanding reports
Share performance data with management
8. Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with finance, logistics, and operations teams
Ensure smooth flow of information between departments
Skills Required
Knowledge of GST & basic accounting
Strong Excel & documentation skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Attention to detail and time management
Typical Qualifications
Graduate ( / BBA / BA) preferred
15 years experience in commercial / billing / sales support roles
