Openings For Collection Agent || Freshers & Experienced

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Handle end-to-end collection process for credit card and banking customers (IDFC,

Urban/Rural portfolio, IndusInd).

€¢ Make outbound calls to customers for EMI, credit card, or loan collections.

€¢ Ensure adherence to compliance and company policies during every interaction.

€¢ Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up actions.

€¢ Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

€¢ Communicate professionally and clearly with customers to resolve payment issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

€¢ Minimum requirement HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.

€¢ Both Freshers and Experienced can apply.

€¢ Both Male/Female can apply.

€¢ Good communication skills are required.

o Experience with Document Salary- Upto

€¢ Shift Timings: Day shift 9:30 to 9:30 (any 9 hrs of shift)

€¢ Work days: 6 working days

€¢ Weekly off: Rotational Off
