We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in the FMCG beverages sector @ Chandigarh. This role is pivotal in managing and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the FMCG or beverages industry.
Traveling Work Pan India & Out Of India
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Analytical skills to interpret client data and develop actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple client accounts effectively.
Responsibilities
