Job Description

We are seeking a Client Acquisition Associate to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is essential for building strong relationships with potential clients and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have 6 to 10 years of experience in client acquisition or sales.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Identify Potential Clients**: Research and analyze market trends to spot potential business clients who align with our services.

- **Prepare Presentations**: Develop compelling presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our offerings.

- **Build Relationships**: Engage with new clients to establish trust and rapport, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and how we can address them.

- **Conduct Meetings**: Schedule and lead meetings with prospects to discuss opportunities and provide precise solutions that meet their requirements.

- **Follow Up**: Regularly follow up with leads to gauge interest, answer questions, and keep them engaged throughout the decision-making process.

- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance the overall client experience.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and engage clients. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are crucial for closing deals. A proven track record in sales and familiarity with CRM tools are highly valued. Additionally, candidates should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. The preference for male candidates is based on team dynamics.
