Urgent Requirement For Civil Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Civil Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of relevant experience and a graduate degree in a related field. This role involves managing costs and ensuring the effective financial management of construction projects.

CERTIFICATIONS: -

NICMAR,RICS, BHADANIS ,IIT TRAINING CERTIFICATE PREFERRED

Key Responsibilities:

- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed estimates of project costs by analyzing drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents to ensure accurate budgeting.

- Procurement: Assist in the procurement process by evaluating subcontractor bids and ensuring that contracts are properly awarded to the most suitable firms.

- Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and track budgets throughout the project lifecycle, making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial limits.

- Valuation Reporting: Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and provide accurate valuation reports to reflect completed work and any associated costs.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports that outline project costs, forecasts, and any discrepancies to maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and calculations. Excellent communication abilities are essential for collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite is expected. The candidate must possess a thorough understanding of construction contracts and regulations, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all dealings.
