job overview
we are seeking a passionate and customer focused call centre agent to join our team in the wellness and beauty industry. you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, providing expert advice on skincare, beauty products, and wellness solutions, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
key responsibilities:-
1. respond to inbound and outbound calls related to health, wellness, and beauty products, services, and supplements.
2. assist with booking appointments at clinics and provide information about services based on customer needs and address and resolve issues & queries regarding bookings, clinic locations, and service concerns.
3. educate customers on new product launches, promotions, upcoming offers and wellness discounts.
4. maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback.
5. ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional solutions.
6. collaborate with teams (., sales, marketing, operations, quality & trainings) to meet customer needs and improve services.
qualifications
• high school diploma or equivalent; college degree in any stream. (preferred bsc. - beauty, wellness, or a related field preferred.
• previous experience in a customer service or any call centre role would work. (preferably in the beauty or wellness industry).
• strong verbal communication skills with a warm, engaging, and professional tone.
• knowledge of skincare, beauty products, or wellness supplements is highly desirable.
• ability to empathize with customers and offer tailored solutions to their needs.
• excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• comfortable using customer service software and basic computer applications.
