Responsibilities
Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through inbound & outbound customer calls
Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance and optimize accordingly to make sure objectives are met.
Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases.
Update and create tailored client proposals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 3+ years
0-1 years of experience in Inside sales/ tele sales experience in a B2C environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet targets.
Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Should be fluent in English and Hindi
Probation details:
Work from home: The job will start with a probation period of 4 months, during which the salary will be Rs 10,000/month + incentives up to 30k.
