A well-established architectural hardware manufacturing company is hiring a Female Business Development Manager (BDM) for an in-house role. The position focuses on business growth, client relationship management, lead coordination, and supporting sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the architectural hardware segment
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients
Support the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination
Prepare lead management reports, MIS, and client feedback summaries
Assist in marketing and promotional activities to improve brand and product visibility
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, operations) for smooth execution
Support strategic business planning and revenue growth initiatives
Maintain and update data using ERP and CRM software
Ideal Candidate Profile
4 6 years of experience in sales or business development
Exposure to architectural hardware / building materials / related industries preferred
Strong client handling and relationship management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities
Target-driven, strategic, and result-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in an in-house, office-based environment
Hands-on experience with ERP & CRM systems
